A normal day in Gotham City... An entrance door of the biggest bank of the city explodes and under loud laughter the clown prince of crime and his crazy henchmen enter the financial institution. Normality is at any rate abruptly over. The Joker does his next big thing! It will take Batman to stop him.

There are some evil, iconic villains in superhero Unversium, but nobody takes on the charisma and cunning of the crazy clown from Gotham. His motives: unpredictable, anarchistic and completely crazy. His appearance: Legendary and stylishly crazy. His genesis? A myth and a riddle. He is the exact opposite of Batman, the serious dark but righteous avenger. In a squeaky purple suit and green hair and a gigantic grin on his face, he seems rather funny. But he is absolutely deadly and a real psychopath, who was imprisoned in the mental hospital Arkham Asylum and escaped from it just as often.

One of his pychologists Dr. Harleen Quinzel turned around and pulled to his side, she is his femme fatale. As Harley Quinn she is almost as vicious and dangerous as her beloved Mr. J.

The Joker had its first appearance in the DC Comics Batman #1 from 1940 and is thus one of the very early opponents of the bat. Since then he has had countless legendary performances. In the Batman series from the 70s for example or in movies, once played cult by Jack Nickelson and absolutely bombastically reinterpreted by Heath Ledger in The Dark Knight.    

In Suicide Squad he had a full tattooed appearance again this time and with a strong Mafiosi attitude, played by Jared Leto.

And also in the Arkham game series the Joker plays a central role and got an iconic game version.
