If a t-shirt doesn’t fit after all, or if the ordered items, contrary to expectations, don’t meet your expectations, you have the possibility, in addition to your legal right of revocation or your complaint, to return the goods in question to us in an uncomplicated and convenient way via our return service.
1. Return
Returns from Germany are free of charge for orders over 40 €
We offer you the possibility to return goods to us in an uncomplicated and comfortable way. If, contrary to expectations, you do not like a product (whoot?), you can, in addition to your legal right of revocation (for more details see our terms and conditions under revocation), simply return your order to us within 14 days of receipt.
This is very easy online via our returns portal: www.superepic.com/returns.
There you can apply for a return or return shipment for your order. A return shipping label for DHL and a return receipt will be created for you, which you print out and enclose with your return. These returns are free of shipping costs from a value of 40 €. If the value of goods is less than 40 € we will charge you 4,95 € if you use the return label. Of course you can also frank the package to us at your own expense.
The value of goods refers specifically to the value of the goods you are returning – not to the value of the goods ordered!
Exchange article? No problem! If you want to exchange an item, simply return it and order a new one. For the returned article you will of course get your purchase price refunded.
Returning your Super Epic is easy:
1. PACK THE ARTICLE SECURELY
Please pack the items securely so that they are not damaged during transport. Please return the articles with the corresponding accessories undamaged and if possible in the original packaging.
2. USE THE RETURNS PORTAL, PRINT OUT THE RETURN FORM AND ENCLOSE IT
In the returns portal you log in with your invoice number and your postcode and select the items of your order that you want to return. Please enter a reason for return for each item (drop-down menu). Then please print out the completed return form (consignment note) and enclose it in the package. You can find our returns portal online at www.superepic.com/returns
3. PRINT OUT THE SHIPPING LABEL, STICK IT ON AND SEND IT TO THE POST OFFICE
Seal the package securely, paint a little heart on the box and stick the shipping label on it in a clearly visible place. Then simply drop the package off at a Post/DHL branch of your choice – done!

Note: Please understand that we do not take back products without or with damaged original packaging. With many collectors‘ items and replicas, the outer packaging and type of packaging is part of the product and often determines the value. If you are not sure about a return, please call us or write an e-mail. Together we will find a solution for everything.
Our contractually granted return service does not affect your legal rights and claims. Especially your legal right of withdrawal according to § 12 and your legal warranty rights according to § 9 of our terms and conditions remain unrestricted. Returns from abroad
Our returns portal can also be used for returns from abroad for returns within 14 days online: www.superepic.com/returns
Apply for your return online and then you can print out a return receipt. Put this in your return package and send it sufficiently stamped to us: Metamorph GmbH, Retouren, Alexander-Meißner-Str. 77D, Tor 34-45, 12526 Berlin, Deutschland. We do not offer a shipping label for shipments from abroad and cannot accept any postage costs.
Attention! Returns from non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, Great Britain etc.) must be accompanied by a customs declaration CN22/23 AND two copies of the original invoice attached to the outside of the package (shipping bag)! To avoid delays, please be sure to enclose the above-mentioned papers, otherwise the return will not be handed over to us by customs and processing or crediting of the goods cannot take place.

2. Complaint (warranty right)
If an item is defective or there is any other defect, please contact our customer service before returning the item at support@superepic.com or call us: 030 – 400 446 60. As you can assert your legal warranty right of rectification, reduction or withdrawal here, we would like to help you with your complaint. Therefore do not hesitate to contact us!
3. Revocation
Regardless of the return and the complaint, you can also cancel the purchase from us within 14 days. You can find more information in our AGB under revocation.
